3. Payments and Payment Providers
Payments for paid subscriptions or other paid services may be processed through third-party payment service providers.
Depending on the applicable product and payment method, LockAndOpen may use supported third-party payment service providers to process payments, verify transactions, process refunds, and provide related payment services. Specific provider names may be disclosed on this page or in related policies when the applicable payment integration is live.

We may receive transaction-related information from payment providers, such as payment status, transaction identifiers, payment amounts, and subscription information, in order to provide and manage our Services.
4. Automatic Renewal
Where a subscription is offered on a recurring basis, your subscription may automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the next renewal date.
The applicable billing period, price, and renewal terms will be presented to you at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancelling it before the next billing period if you do not wish to continue.
Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Prices for paid Services may be subject to applicable taxes.
Where applicable, Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the applicable rate, currently 18%, may be charged on subscriptions and other paid Services.

LOCKANDOPEN LLP may issue invoices or other applicable billing documentation in accordance with applicable law.
If tax rates or applicable tax requirements change, the taxes charged may change accordingly.
6. Subscription Access and Payment Failure
Access to paid features may depend on successful payment and an active subscription.
If a payment fails, is declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise cannot be successfully processed, we may limit, suspend, or remove access to paid features until the payment issue is resolved.
We may provide notifications regarding unsuccessful payments or changes to subscription status through the applicable Service or the email address associated with your account.
Payment issues, refunds, and cancellations are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Organization and Team Accounts
Certain Services may allow users to create or participate in organizations, teams, workspaces, or other collaborative environments.
The person or account associated with the purchase of an applicable Team or organization subscription may be designated as the Billing Owner.

Where supported by the applicable Service, billing ownership may be transferred to another existing member of the organization.

LockAndOpen may provide a grace period to allow you to download, delete, or otherwise manage your content.
If your storage usage continues to exceed the applicable limit after the relevant grace period, content may be subject to deletion in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable Service terms.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of important content.
